Let’s talk mice! 🐁 No not that kind of mice, but computer mice! Your computer mouse is a key element of a smooth workflow as well as a huge contributor to the long-term health of your hand and wrist, especially if you spend hours at the desk at a time. Purchasing the best ergonomic mouse for your needs is a wise investment especially if you’re aiming to avoid carpel tunnel syndrome and similar work related injuries. In my aesthetic desk setup make-over I scoured all of Amazon for the most ergonomic yet aesthetically pleasing mice to add to your well-designed workspace, here’s a list of the best!
1) LOGITECH ERGO M575 :
This is the mouse I personally use and MOST recommend (along with the Nulea below). It’s a rollerball mouse that allows you to keep your hand and arm stationary while using the mouse. If you’ve never used a rollerball before, you simply use your thumb to move the rollerball which moves the cursor and you use your fingers to scroll and click as usual. Switching from a traditional optical mouse to a rollerball mouse takes a bit of adjustment (less than an hour for most), but after you adjust, you may never go back to using traditional mice. 100% recommend you try one if you have issues with carpel tunnel as this mouse minimizes your wrist movements (your wrist stays still the whole time) and also gives you the benefit of full mouse capabilities on a desktop with limited space. Connects via Bluetooth or USB receiver and comes in sleek graphite black with a light blue roller ball or off-white with a light blue roller ball. Mine is in off-white and I love it for a minimal white desk aesthetic!

2) NULEA M501 WIRELESS TRACKBALL MOUSE :
For all the pink lovers out there, this mouse is very similar to the LOGITECH ERGO M575 above but it’s white and comes with a pink trackball (other color combos are available) and it priced at a more affordable price than the M575, so it’s a great option for anyone on a budget who wants to try out a trackball mouse for the first time. I find the the ergonomic shape is a little more rounder and softer than the Logitech M575 but I enjoy them both. (I currently have one on my sit-down desk and the Logitech at my DIY standing desk.) This Nulea Wireless mouse can connect to up to 3 different devices via wireless or USB and has precise tracking and adjustable DPI (for pointer speed & sensitivity). The built in rechargeable battery makes it convenient for charging and in my experience, it seems to last a long time between charges. I especially love using this Nulea trackball mouse with my Pink Summer Desk and Beach Vibes Desk aesthetic! 3) LOGITECH LIFT:
This fairly new concept mouse design allows you to turn your hand onto the side thereby reducing the stress on your lower palm and wrist with much your hand is also supported by the mouse itself. This is an optical mouse and you still have to move the mouse around on your desk so this mouse is a good option for those heavy computer users who need to change their hand position ever so often. The beautiful aesthetic design of this mouse comes in at second place among all the mice listed here. This subtly two-toned mouse comes in a left-handed and right handed version available in 3 colors: sleek black, off white and rose pink. (I’ve included a link to the Nulea Version of this mouse for those looking for a more affordable option.)

4) MICROSOFT ARC MOUSE:
This one is a designer’s dream. If you’re PC based or simply want a work of art sitting on your desk this would be your choice. Simple and minimalistic with the bonus of being easily thrown into your computer bag as you can lay it completely flat. The Microsoft Arc comes in a variety of seven colors to match your desk aesthetic.

5) APPLE MAGIC MOUSE:
We can’t forget to mention the “OG” classic aesthetic mouse by Apple. Back when companies were designing computer mice to basically all look the same (same shape: rotund, same color: black) Apple went against the grain and brought us their Mighty Mouse and Magic Mouse. This Magic Mouse is simple, wireless, consistent and dependable. It also features that classic apple minimalist aesthetic that all the companies try to clone but can’t quite match. Comes in classic white and also a sleek black version for those with a darker aesthetic desk setup.

6) DELUX SEEKER MOUSE:
Finally, we have this super unique mouse that includes its’ own palm rest. This programmable 4000 dpi mouse has both Bluetooth 5.0 and USB dongle options and can connect to up to four (4) different devices. It comes in Black, White, Navy Blue and a nice Mint Green. (Note for all my white aesthetic desk lovers, reviews share that the pad of the white version may eventually discolor due to hand sweat.)
